1. Clear your nasal passages:  Gently blow your nose to remove any mucus or blockages before using the nasal spray.
2.  Shake the bottle:  Gently shake the bottle to ensure the NAD+ solution is properly mixed.
3. Remove the cap: Take off the protective cap covering the nozzle.
4. Prime the spray: If it’s your first time using the spray or it hasn’t been used in a while, pump the nozzle a few times until a fine mist appears.
5. Position the nozzle: Slightly tilt your head forward, gently press one nostril closed, and insert the nozzle into the open nostril.
6. Administer the spray: Inhale through your nose while pressing down on the nozzle to release the recommended dose. Repeat for the other nostril if needed.
7. Breathe gently: After spraying, breathe gently through your nose, avoiding sneezing or blowing your nose right away to ensure proper absorption.
8. Clean and store: Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap.
